DUNDALK, MD —
Lauren was the lucky winner of portrait photography session I had donated to a raffle for a local baseball team.
Though she lives out of state, she decided to meet me at Merritt Point Park for her family portraits, which included her four daughters and niece.
We met just before sunset on a perfect October evening. The time of day is what is commonly referred to as Golden Hour, and oh, how golden it was.
With the sunlight providing a back light, and Bullneck Creek providing a backdrop, each portrait of the four girls whether individually or together were better than the last. Each a unique personality and different strengths in front of the camera.
This little cutie pie stole the show, though. The twinkle in her mischievous round eyes complimented nicely the twinkle in the pre-sunset sky, which at this point was at its peak golden hue.
Lauren focused the session on the four girls, but did join us for one family portrait at the very end. What a lovely family.
