Scott & Jason say "I Do!" at William Paca House
ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND -
It was a beautifully warm September afternoon when Scott & Jason said "I do" at William Paca House in Annapolis, Maryland. The pair have been a couple for more than decade, and got engaged in Hawaii last fall.
Jason reached out to me this past spring to see if I'd be interested in photographing their nuptials. The couple and I share mutual friends as well as a connection to The Colonial Players, Inc. in Annapolis, where both have appeared both on and off stage.
We started the wedding photography process back in July when I took the couples' engagement portraits in Severna Park. I was very happy to see the prints they ordered from that session used as centerpieces at the wedding as I received several compliments on them.
The guys had a great ceremony, and an even more lively reception. The music was jazz and was performed by Mike Noonan and the Unified Jazz Ensemble. Food was provided by Bowl of Cherries Catering, flowers provided by Flowers by Daniel, and the ceremony was performed by family friend, Mark Hildebrand.
The Paca House gardens and mansion provided a gorgeous backdrop for wedding photos, and the staff was beyond helpful, providing me with step-by-step instructions, and guidance throughout the day.
Congratulations to Scott & Jason! Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler!
